NAMING A BRAND

Developing a name, we build a connection between customers and created brand. The creative complex process involves researches, knowledge of linguistics, marketing and trademark laws. A good name is a strategic communicator which helps to understand the brand concept and its positioning.

Name developing starts with a brainstorming. Its result is a hundred of different names which are peer reviewed. We choose 1-3 best names among a long list of names and test them on the target audience (more than 100 people). The choice of the name is based on its performance: compliance with positioning and product category, retention, uniqueness and phonosemantic attractiveness etc. The names that have gone through all the stages of testing are sent to the patent office to check on the “non-infringement.”

Thus a meaningful, memorable name is born. It is farsighted and has the possibility of legal protection.
